Shipping + Delivery

Orders are posted within one business day, from rural Hawkes Bay.

New Zealand

There are a few delivery options available depending on your location and urgency:

Tracked NZ Wide: Flat rate $5 for urban and $9.50 for rural.

Free Pick up from Sherenden, for RD9 Residents.

Free Napier Drop-off Most Tuesdays and Thursdays (during the school term) I’m in Napier – and happy to drop your order off in your letterbox, no charge. 

All orders are traced and you’ll be emailed your tracking number once it’s been posted.

Overseas shipping

I can ship to other countries, please email me and I’ll happily let you know the costs.

Returns + Exchanges

Returned items must arrive in the original, saleable condition they were sent to you in, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Your item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your goods to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returned items are to be shipped back at your own expense (unless the item is faulty) and must have tracking on them as I am not responsible for any returned items lost in the post.

If a refund is requested – once the item(s) have been received and approved for a refund, it will be paid into your bank account within 3 working days. Stitch + Stationery will not refund the original freight cost on the item.

Faulty Items

If you have a faulty item  – please contact me directly so that I can resolve that for you.

Payment

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST.

Payment is securely made by Debit/Credit card.

We are happy to offer lay-buys on our items. To organise a lay-buy please email me.
